Living here in South West Florida is inspiring as a photographer.
The Gulf of Mexico is invitingly serene: Billowing thunderheads
at sunset, shorebirds skimming the water's edge.
After a storm, there are numerous tidal pools, each filled with
mounds of shells. Each shell is as distinctively different in shape and size.
Shells are great subjects for photographs.
The Everglades is a place where time stands still:
Echoes of wildlife resound through the cypress hammock.
It's an amazing adventure to walk through the forests, viewing
the bird sanctuaries--and avoiding the alligators along the paths.
